The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams and evaluate bids, ensuring project success. Occasional travel to sites is required.

Job description:

• Technical & Financial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive technical and financial analyses of Data Centre projects during the tender phase—whether for construction-only or design & build contracts.
• Value Engineering: Propose alternative approaches and optimized technical solutions to improve project cost efficiency and scheduling performance.
• Design Development: Lead the development of project designs across APS, APD, and PRO/DCE phases, coordinating and managing internal and/or external engineering teams.
• Bid Review: Evaluate supplier and contractor offers, identifying key risks, technical considerations, and financial impacts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams (Civil Engineering, HVAC, Design Management, Commercial, Planning, etc.) as well as external partners (suppliers, integrators, consultants, project management teams, client technical departments, etc.).

Travel Requirements

• The role involves occasional travel—approximately once per month—to project sites, primarily in Île-de-France and across France, with occasional trips within Europe.
