Job Description:

Under the authority of the site manager, your missions are as follows:

1. Assist the Site Manager in the operational maintenance of the site by ensuring responsibility for the livestock and supervising daily activities.
2. Participate in monitoring and ensuring the proper use and regular maintenance of material investments.
3. Collaborate with the five teams (fishing, feeding, handling/diving, maintenance, and logistics) to ensure effective and harmonious management.
4. Participate in budget compliance and production objectives.
5. Contribute to ensuring the safety of the teams by implementing and applying protocols and preventive measures.
6. Ensure strict compliance with procedures, breeding protocols, and task plans established by the company.
7. Identify and propose improvements both in terms of living conditions and production techniques, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Profile:
Having already gained experience in offshore aquaculture, you enjoy fieldwork and are recognized for your management skills. Your ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment, while demonstrating resilience and flexibility, is essential. In short, successful experience in team supervision and operations management in a marine and living environment will be decisive.
Professional diving and boat driving diploma required.
Heavy goods vehicle license is a plus.
