MISSION
During the study phase :
- Participate in the project’s feasibility studies.
- Analyze the project at the administrative, legal, commercial, and financial levels, and identify potential risks.
- Oversee the cost estimates and identify specific technical, administrative, and financial needs.
- Attend to the necessary administrative procedures.
- Draw up the provisional budgets.
- Lay out the targets, the resources to be allocated, and the provisional schedule.
During the execution phase through to delivery :
- Coordinate relations between the Client, the Program Manager, and the internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the steps in the project (studies, purchasing, reviews, and reception) in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Ensure the necessary means and resources are available.
- Monitor the project’s progress (contracts, technical aspects, schedule, budget, administrative aspects).
- Ensure monthly reporting: direct costs, revenues, invoicing, cash position, margin against the targets set.
- Manage additional and complementary works.
- Oversee the project’s handover and reception.
Throughout the project :
- Build a relationship of trust with the client.
- Manage and anticipate risks and hazards related to the project.
- Organize and manage the project team.
- Communicate on the project’s progress.
- Notify superiors of any deviations from the contract and keep the project team informed.
- Guarantee and manage the execution of one or more business projects in compliance with ethical business rules, security, cost, quality, and lead times.
- Ensure compliance with and transmission of QHSE procedures, rules, and preventive measures.
- Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
- Draw up and implement the QHSE action plan (preventive, corrective).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Required level of education: 5 years’ higher education.
- Required professional experience: At least 3 years as a senior business manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Internal: Business managers, building site management, engineering office, management, support functions.
- External: Clients, suppliers, service providers, sub-contractors, administrations, engineering office, BCT (French Central Bureau of Pricing), architects, security and health protection coordinators.
