An international investment bank is seeking an accomplished and strategic professional to join its Risk Solutions Group (RSG) within Corporate Rates Sales at the Senior Director level. This is a leadership opportunity for an individual with deep client relationships and a proven ability to deliver sophisticated risk management solutions to European corporates and financial sponsors.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead client engagement and solution delivery across interest rate, FX, and broader treasury risk management products. Acting as a senior advisor, the individual will drive origination efforts, structure complex transactions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute risk management strategies for European corporates and sponsors, focusing on interest rate and FX solutions.
• Maintain and expand a strong network of senior decision-makers across corporate treasuries and sponsor clients.
• Provide strategic insights and thought leadership on market developments and risk management trends.
• Partner with trading, structuring, and coverage teams to deliver bespoke solutions and optimize client outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth and contribute to the strategic direction of the Risk Solutions Group.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements
