This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director Regional Sales in France.

In this role, you will lead and grow a high‑performing sales organization across multiple countries in the MED region, including Israel, Turkey, the Balkans and Malta. You will be responsible for shaping regional go‑to‑market strategies, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience while achieving ambitious revenue and ARR targets. The role combines strategic leadership, hands‑on engagement with key accounts and the development of disciplined, data‑driven sales processes. You will influence regional market presence while mentoring and inspiring your team to deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and execute a regional sales strategy, driving bookings, ARR growth, and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives, modelling high‑activity, field‑focused sales behaviour.
  • Acquire new logos and manage complex, high‑value accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, customer success, product, engineering and operations to align regional sales execution with company objectives.
  • Establish and enforce structured sales processes and methodologies to ensure accountability, repeatability and performance tracking.
  • Develop executive‑level relationships with key clients, positioning the company as a strategic partner and uncovering expansion opportunities.
  • Analyse sales data, forecast performance and adjust regional plans to optimise outcomes and market penetration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience building and leading high‑performing sales teams across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong track record in B2B software or technology sales, ideally with familiarity in DevSecOps or related platforms.
  • Expertise in regional go‑to‑market strategy, pipeline management and structured sales execution methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with a data‑informed approach to decision‑making.
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, high‑growth environment, collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Willingness to apply leadership and sales experience to new markets with adaptability and inclusivity.
