As F&B Director for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, you will report to the SVP Food & Beverage Sofitel MGallery Emblems (SMgE) and will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of La Maison Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems F&B strategy, measurement of results, and contribution of various projects.
Hotels in La Maison currently count 923 F&B venues across more than 240 hotels globally.
Food & Beverage covers eating and/or drinking outlets (restaurants, bars, pool‑side venues and the like), entertainment venues (nightclubs, kids club, golf house and the like), room service, mini bar, and event catering (MICE events, out‑catering and the like).
Keys to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate closely across hotel operations, D&TS, development, finance, loyalty teams and other members of the Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems organization. As well as building trusted business partnerships in all manner of relations, including owners, Suppliers, our team of craftsman (chefs who we identifying as being leaders of specific culinary techniques) culinary institutions and improving the operational efficiency while enhancing La Maison standards.
