Epsilon, a global data and technology company, is seeking a Director of Client Development for its Paris office. This hybrid role involves cultivating client relationships and driving revenue through consultative sales and strategic planning. Ideal candidates will possess 5-8 years of sales and marketing experience, fluency in French and English, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. We're looking for a Director of Client Development to join our European team. Your mission will be to create win / win outcomes by introducing complex products, highly differentiated solutions into Epsilon existing portfolio of clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing business. You'll report to the Vice President of Client Development and work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in Paris (2 / 3 days per week in office).

5-8+ years of professional sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience)
Highly driven, motivated and ambitious self-starter. Proactive, not reactive.
