A global technology company in Paris is seeking a DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER to manage multiple digital projects, support strategic thinking for digital products, and develop business with clients. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in an agency or consulting firm, is fluent in English and French, and possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Overview

Job Title: DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Location: FRA Paris - 3 rue d'Heliopolis-Catalyst

Language Requirements: Fluent English and French essential

Time Type: Full time

Responsibilities
  • Managing several digital projects: taking client briefs, formalising proposals, providing feedback, briefing in-house creative teams, and coordinating UX/UI and development teams.
  • Supporting customers in strategic thinking and marketing of their digital products (mobile apps, websites, innovation, customer journeys) based on substantiated market data (market research, customer studies, benchmarks).
  • Developing business with the on-board customer portfolio by proactively proposing new routes and product developments (cross/up sell).
  • Participating in agency tenders, in partnership with leads from UX, tech, and project management teams.
Required qualities
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and be creative to put forward effective recommendations to customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to present ideas with conviction (active listening, understanding needs, ability to challenge, brief, relevance of responses).
  • Good knowledge of digital transformation challenges and a solid web culture (UX/UI, user experience, technology).
  • Business orientation to develop new opportunities for customers.
  • High level of rigor for this position.
  • Good communicator and public speaker.
  • Curiosity and ability to seek out and analyze information.
  • Experience with large tech companies (e.g., Apple, Google, Salesforce) is a plus.
