Responsabilités

  • Assist in client meetings by preparing discovery questions and drafting meeting agendas.
  • Craft client emails and support ongoing client service efforts.
  • Conduct research on clients and industry news to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Join external client-facing meetings.
  • Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA/deadline.
  • Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop performance recaps and analyze data.
  • Develop and present a strategic account plan to leadership.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and meetings.
  • Support clients with activation across Social and open web campaigns.

The Intern Role

Join DoubleVerify as an Account Management & Client Services Intern to support client relations and gain ad tech experience.

This is a 6 month internship position and we are looking for a fluent French & English speaker to join the team ASAP.

The intern will join a team of five Account Managers and Client Services professionals, working directly with clients and agencies to support the team’s efforts and contribute to achieving regional goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Our Intern shall assist in client meetings by preparing discovery questions, drafting meeting agendas, and handling follow-up communications.
  • Craft client emails and support ongoing client service efforts.
  • Conduct research on clients and industry news to identify potential risks and opportunities that could influence client strategies.
  • Join external client-facing meetings.
  • Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA/deadline on a daily basis.
  • Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop performance recaps, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and present a strategic account plan to the Account Management leadership.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and service quality.
  • Support clients with activation across Social and open web campaigns.

This is a 6-month internship starting ASAP.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited institution.
  • Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A self-starter and self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in the digital advertising or ad tech industry with a desire to learn.
  • Fluent in French & English language to business level is a must
  • Happy to work on a hybrid basis, attending the office 3 days per week
  • Available to join the team asap and available to work full time for the 6 month period, (most likely August to Feb)
