About the Role

We are offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a Digital Marketing Analytics Executive to join our marketing operations team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build their career in digital marketing technology and analytics while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Learn to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform including database cleansing, workflow creation, landing page development, and campaign asset management
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance through the creation and maintenance of custom dashboards and reports
  • Assist with implementing lead scoring, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation workflows
  • Support Salesforce lead management, opportunity tracking, marketing campaign set-up and marketing attribution reporting


Technical & Administrative Support

  • Help integrate new marketing tools and ensure proper data flow into existing systems
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on platform capabilities
  • Maintain process documentation and best practices for marketing operations
  • Support sales operations with lead conversion processes and best practice updates


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technology
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (or willingness to learn advanced functions)
  • Any experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, or similar marketing platforms would be advantageous but not essential
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including email marketing, landing pages, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Must be eligible to work in France or UK
