The Digital Channel Carrier Sales Specialist is responsible for developing the digital experience at our carrier partners both in France and comes through building with the carrier partners the roadmap that will enhance the online and omnichannel customer journey through navigation payments trade-in both onsite and on will drive all the loyalty journey from a CRM standpoint and on the online platform and app to improve the customer value.
