Wezen is a tech startup business unit within the Datawords Group. Created in 2017 we are today a team of 25 wezers in two offices: Paris and Manila.

Operational responsibilities as development architect

• Back-end development best practices selection & documentation
• Setup of code analysis tools
• Full-platform architecture documentation
• Tech-watch on frameworks used by the team and potentially used by the team
• Algorithmic features specifications implementation and documentation
• Integration with SRE / Infra lead & Lead front
• Software stability monitoring & assessment
• Software security assessment (framework versions code practices automated pentest)
• Back-end performances monitoring & enhancement
• Building a team of developers eager to defend the inner beauty of the platform

Operational responsibilities as fullstack developer

• Features design and architecture
• Implementation with highest development quality
• UX Design
• Application Deployment & IaaSoperations
• Scrum methodology involvment
• Feature proposal proactivity
