A leading engineering company is seeking a TEKLA Designer in Paris to work on offshore steel structures. Responsibilities include modeling, producing execution drawings, and preparing bills of quantities. Candidates should have expertise in TEKLA and experience in modular steel structure design. Qualifications

• Significant experience in offshore projects and modular steel structure design.
• Strong proficiency with TEKLA.
• Knowledge of AWS standards advantageous.

Overview

Designer TEKLA – Paris

Scope of work

We are recruiting a TEKLA Designer with proven expertise in offshore steel structure design. The role will involve :

• Modeling offshore steel structures using TEKLA.
• Producing and detailing execution drawings.
• Preparing and updating bills of quantities.
• Extracting and finalizing drawings from TEKLA models.
• Converting models between TEKLA and S3D.
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications.

Profile

• Significant experience in offshore projects and modular steel structure design.
• Strong proficiency with TEKLA and MicroStation 2D.
• Knowledge of welding symbology and AWS standards.
• Ability to work on complex assemblies and provide accurate detailing.
• Previous experience with EPC contractors is an advantage.
