A leading software company in Vélizy-Villacoublay is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead and grow the sales function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international channel sales and technical software sales, along with fluency in English and other GEO-specific languages. This full-time role requires frequent travel and offers sales incentives.

Qualifications

Role & Responsibilities


  • Lead and grow the sales function for the Geography with enablement to all channel partners / resellers.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and processes that drive higher levels of growth by establishing and implementing short- and long-range goals, objectives, consistent with the DELMIAWORKS strategic business plan.

  • Play a hands-on, direct role in VAR sales and account management, including attending sales meetings and helping close deals, as well as managing relationships with key customers. Implement performance measures and best business practices and processes to ensure sales success. Routinely communicate sales status, forecasts and business opportunities to the rest of the executive team both by updating data as well as hosting forecast meetings.

  • Utilize DELMIAWORKS marketing to the VAR and help with the delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs with each channel. Establish personal networks, and participate in professional and industry associations events.

  • Mastery of the DELMIAWORKS software by passing certification brand testing


Qualifications

Two or four year college certificate or degree, plus five to ten years’ experience in international / channel sales, technical / software sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience : Sales to manufacturing companies, International Channel Management, Mid-range ERP software sales / management, Sales tracking and / or CRM usage. Ability to identify and analyze business process improvements and the related business drivers. Sound knowledge of business and manufacturing software systems (CRM, ERP, MES). Excellent verbal and grammatical skills in Enligh and GEO specific languages. Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).


Additional Requirements and qualifications

Fluent in English language and GEO specific languages, additional languages is a plus. Ability to apply and communicate complex technical information with regard to utilization of DELMIAWORKS software. Provide value-based demonstration of DELMIAWORKS Manufacturing ERP and MES solution. Frequent (30-60% of time) travel required. This is a full-time salaried position with sales incentives reporting directly to the VP Center Of Excellence
