This role is ideal for Data Scientists who combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on modeling skills, and who care as much about why a model exists as how it works.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to turn business needs into analytical solutions
  • Analyze large-scale customer and product data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing and personalization
  • Build and improve recommendation systems (collaborative, content-based, or hybrid)
  • Select, train, and evaluate machine-learning models with a strong focus on business outcomes
  • Define and track performance metrics for personalization and recommendation use cases
  • Support data quality, enrichment, and modeling during our migration to PIM and CDP platforms
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
What You Bring

Business & Communication

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches
  • Comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or data-intensive industries
  • Exposure to LLMs or AI techniques for practical business use cases (e.g. data enrichment, tagging, content analysis)
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits, based on experience
  • Fully remote work within Europe
  • Optional time in our NYC office (1–2 weeks per year)
  • High ownership and visibility on impactful business initiatives
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and low-ego working environment
