You’ll join our Conversational AI team, a group of engineers, ML experts, product managers and designers working together to automate customer service at scale. Our AI agent now handles over 1 million automated interactions every month, helping thousands of merchants better serve their shoppers.
The Data Science team builds the intelligence behind the agent, designing experiments, optimizing performance and enabling data‑driven decisions that shape our product direction.
AI is a natural extension of how we work and build. Our teams use it every day to research, write, analyze code and craft better customer experiences. Everyone has access to premium AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Granola, Cursor & others) and an annual L&D budget to explore new ones.
