Une société de recrutement internationale recherche un Analyste en Cybersécurité pour renforcer la sécurité de ses systèmes d'information. Vous serez responsable de la surveillance des événements de sécurité, de la gestion des incidents et de la formation des équipes internes. Le candidat idéal possède au moins 3 ans d'expérience en cybersécurité et une compréhension approfondie des normes de sécurité. La rémunération est comprise entre 45 K€ et 55 K€.

Qualifications

• Compréhension des normes de sécurité et des pratiques de gestion des risques (ISO 27001, RGPD, etc.).
• Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

• Gestion des incidents de sécurité et préparation de rapports détaillés.

Job Summary

Our client is a leader in international project management with recognised expertise in the implementation of technical cooperation programmes. We work mainly in the following sectors: governance, sustainable development, health and safety.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen the security of our information system. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure you will join the IT Department and will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis: Using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools to monitor and analyse security events and identify anomalies in real time. Working with the outsourced SOC (Security Operations Centre) to ensure a rapid and effective response.
• Security incident management: Analysis, qualification and management of security incidents. Coordination with internal teams and the SOC and preparation of detailed post‑incident reports.
• Continuous improvement: Identifying vulnerabilities in the infrastructure and proposing solutions to strengthen security. Active participation in improving security processes and protocols within the organisation.
• Training and awareness: Helping to train internal teams in cybersecurity through workshops and regular communications to maintain a strong security culture within the company.

Technical Environment

Proficiency in security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewall) and security incident management methodologies.

Experience in developing security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Good understanding of security standards and risk management practices (ISO 27001, RGPD, etc.).

Excellent command of French and English both written and spoken.

Remuneration

Between €45 K and €55 K (depending on profile).

Profile required

• Minimum 3 years higher education in cybersecurity, IT engineering or equivalent field.
• Ideally 5 years experience in a similar role with experience of SOC management, SIEM operation or IT security engineering.
• Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Thoroughness and a structured mindset and the ability to draft technical documents.
• Autonomy and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
