The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you’ll manage a portfolio of around 40 strategic accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include :

  • Building and managing long‑term client relationships (C‑level to operations).
  • Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio.
  • Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).
