  • Coordinate customer relations on operational matters.
  • Respond to clients’ technical questions.
  • Provide regulatory and contractual documentation to clients.
  • Share upcoming intervention schedules.
  • Send Level 1 proposals for simple issues.
  • Communicate with internal entities about machine stoppages.
  • Provide monthly performance data and seek client approval.
  • Calculate performance levels considering contractual impacts.
  • Follow ongoing projects to ensure communication.
  • Attend client meetings to resolve issues.

Would you like to gain experience in an international group that is a leader in the Wind Energy industry and committed to environmental respect? Vestas France Service department, responsible for the preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas wind turbines in France, is seeking a Customer Care Support to assist operational teams in customer interactions related to turbine maintenance programs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with the Group’s Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Coordinate customer relations on operational matters, assisting the Planner and Maintenance Center Manager with client interfaces.
  • Respond to clients’ technical questions with support from the maintenance center.
  • Provide regulatory and contractual documentation to clients.
  • Share upcoming intervention schedules.
  • Send Level 1 proposals for simple issues to clients.
  • Communicate with internal Vestas entities regarding machine stoppages.
  • Provide monthly performance data and seek client approval.
  • Calculate performance levels considering contractual impacts.
  • Follow ongoing projects and ensure proper communication using Vestas IT tools.
  • Attend client meetings to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Either BTS or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical, synthesize skills, sales-oriented, well-organized.
