What You'll Be Doing: Your Role as a French Customer Advisor

You will be the first point of contact between customers and a renowned brand, ensuring their questions are answered, issues resolved, and their day improved.

  • Support customers via phone, chat, or email in French
  • Resolve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools
  • Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism
  • Recommend solutions and educate users where possible
  • Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs

Must-Have Skills: Fluent in French

At least B2 level in English (for internal communication)

Confidence in using a computer and navigating support tools

Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills

Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tech support; adaptability to rotating shifts and dynamic environments; interest in tech or digital products
