Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Early-Stage AI EdTech | €90k + Bonus & Equity | Paris (Hybrid)

We are looking for a hands‑on, visionary CTO to help shape the next phase of our growth. This is an opportunity to build an AI‑driven platform from the ground up and define the technical direction of a company aiming to transform schools with an AI‑augmented pedagogy, providing teachers with the tool they have always dreamt of. Design partners include major references in the education space in France and in the US. Top profile BAs backing the project, Harvard & MIT scientific board.

The ideal person is someone who can operate at both strategic and technical depth, someone who loves rolling up their sleeves while also building the foundations of a world‑class engineering function.

Tech + Leadership Highlights

• Full ownership of technology strategy, architecture, and delivery
• Hands‑on full‑stack engineering experience building products from scratch
• Deep knowledge of cloud architectures, secure enterprise‑grade platforms, and scalable infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering AI / LLM‑driven or data‑intensive products into complex client environments (over 8 years experience)
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance & security
• Ability to lead engineering teams in agile, high‑velocity settings
• Start‑up or scale‑up experience (0→1 or 1→n journey)

You’ll work closely with the sales, product and leadership teams to design, iterate, and deliver cutting‑edge solutions for major clients while also engaging investors and supporting strategic decision‑making.
