A financial services company in Paris is looking for a CRM Operations Intern to assist in managing their CRM platform. In this role, you will work closely with teams to enhance HubSpot functionality, support user training, and optimize CRM processes for better efficiency. This internship requires a Master's student with a background in Digital Marketing and experience in CRM marketing automation. Fluency in English is mandatory and familiarity with HubSpot is preferred. This position offers a comprehensive experience in CRM operations in a dynamic environment.

Join us as a CRM Operations Intern !

The CRM team at Euronext Corporate Solutions is hiring a CRM operations intern to contribute to the administration governance and day-to-day operations of our CRM platform.

Working closely with the CRM Senior Associate and the Data team you will play an active role in the evolution of our HubSpot CRM account, as well as take part in the integration of Admincontrol into our CRM ecosystem and assist in maintaining a reliable platform for more than 200 active users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct projects to support business processes within the CRM (e.g., lifecycle management and nurturing workflows).
  • Test new features and support end-users by contributing to documentation and training materials.
  • Improve performance consistency and adoption of our CRM tools across the organisation.
  • Create workflows, sequences, and automated rules in the CRM to support business needs and ensure smooth process execution.
  • Suggest and deploy improvements of current CRM processes.
  • Contribute to the Admincontrol CRM and users integration into our account (100 users).
  • Support the sales and marketing team in lead generation processes using our CRM and other tools (lead scoring, buyer intent sequences, and email deliverability).
  • Monitor and improve CRM data quality through audits and enrichment processes.
  • Prepare internal reports and assist teams in building and maintaining dashboards.
  • Test new HubSpot and third-party features, AI tools, and process updates before release; provide feedback and identify issues to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Help create onboarding guides, release notes, video tutorials, and other adoption materials.
  • Update CRM process documentation, property glossaries, and internal guidelines in Confluence.
  • Support the preparation of internal training sessions and contribute to CRM newsletters, quick guides and update announcements.
  • Create, update or deactivate user accounts in accordance with governance procedures.
  • Maintain permissions, team associations, and access settings.
Profile & Qualifications
  • Masters degree student (Bac 4 / 5) in Digital Marketing, Business Communication, Data or a related CRM-focused field.
  • Previous internship or project experience in CRM marketing automation or digital marketing preferred.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and CRM automations including lead generation, nurturing, conversion strategies and workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
