A global leader in consumer goods is seeking a Credit & Collection Analyst III in Paris. You'll be responsible for managing collection processes, analyzing risks, and maintaining customer relationships. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in credit and collections, intermediate knowledge of SAP and Excel, and a Bachelor's degree. Credit & Collection Analyst III Job Description

In this role, you will:
  • Make collection management calls
  • Make e‑mail follow ups
  • Analyze and release blocked orders
  • Analyze and manage portfolio risk
  • Provide customer service regarding possible problems in the collection flow
  • Conciliation of deposit payments and credit note processing
  • Manage the reduction of delinquency of Aging and Shortpayments cases
  • Provide complete and ongoing monitoring when necessary to streamline the internal and external collection process
  • Establish and maintain effective/assertive working relationships with customers and manage continuous improvement projects
  • Preparation of reports and analysis to be presented to customers and management

Qualifications
  • 4 years of previous experience in portfolio analysis, credit, and collections
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
  • Familiarity with collection portals and account statements
  • Basic knowledge of internal controls
