Coupa Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our client's digital procurement services. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery, integration and stabilisation of procurement processes across COUPA and SAP.

You will oversee service delivery, coordinate functional and technical teams, manage integrations (SIT, E2E, UAT), and ensure procurement workflows across Source to Contract (S2C), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Procure to Order (P2O) operate seamlessly and in line with SLAs.

Key skills & experience:

• Extensive experience in service or delivery management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes (S2C, SRM, P2O)
• Hands‑on experience with COUPA; SAP integration highly desirable
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end integrations and data flows
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Experience working with support models (L1-L3), SLAs and ticket management

Key responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end service delivery and stakeholder coordination
• Oversight of COUPA‑SAP integrations and testing cycles
• SLA monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement
• Coordination with internal teams and external vendors
