This hybrid role near Lyon involves overseeing a team of approximately 20 people and managing a €70M P&L. The successful candidate will define sales strategies, drive performance, and report directly to the Group. About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead our business in France. You will manage a team of about 20 people and take full responsibility for a €70M P&L. The role includes upstream, downstream, and export sales. This is a high-impact position with significant responsibility for shaping the future of our French operations. We are committed to strengthening our market position and driving sustainable growth. Your leadership will be key to achieving these goals and creating long-term success.

Location

Hybrid, with weekly presence at Varennes (2–3 days). Ideally near Lyon or Paris. Travel: Approx. 20–30% for customer and BU meetings.
