A global energy solutions provider is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel in Paris to support commercial operations across Europe. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting contracts, and managing litigation. Qualifications

  • Provide legal advice to sales, procurement, finance, and support teams.
  • Draft and negotiate various contracts including NDAs and service agreements.
  • Support preparation of tenders in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor regulations.
  • Manage litigation follow-up and reporting.
  • Handle corporate secretarial duties.

We are hiring immediately a Corporate Legal Counsel (M / F) to join Aggreko’s internal legal team to help drive growth in our European division.

Your Role

Reporting to the Continental Europe Legal Director, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include :

Providing legal advice to sales, procurement, finance, and other support teams.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (NDAs, general terms and conditions, tenders, service agreements, rental agreements, etc.).

Supporting the preparation of tenders in collaboration with sales and finance teams.

Conducting legal research and monitoring local and international regulations.

Managing litigation follow-up and reporting.

Handling corporate secretarial duties.

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For

Education : Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Law –mandatory

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a commercial law firm or in-house legal department, ideally in an international environment

Languages :

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Spanish, Italian or German is a strong asset
