Une entreprise spécialisée en technologie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, recherche un consultant pour gérer l'implémentation de ses produits. Le poste inclut la résolution de problèmes techniques et nécessite un diplôme en informatique ainsi qu'une expérience dans un rôle orienté client. Les candidats doivent être prêts à voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

Qualifications

• Diplôme de quatre ans ou équivalent en informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
• 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle orienté client au sein d'une organisation de chaîne d'approvisionnement ou de logiciels.
• Disponibilité pour des voyages jusqu'à 50 %.

Responsabilités

• Servir de point de contact principal pour le client pendant l'implémentation du produit.
• Analyser et résoudre les problèmes tout au long de l'implémentation.
• Travailler avec les analystes pour résoudre les problèmes techniques.

Serve as primary point of contact for client throughout the implementation of product. Provides services in connection with system configuration, testing, training, and issues resolution. Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation and work with analysts to resolve technical issues.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
• 1 year of experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization
• Up to 50% travel required.

For following divisions also requires:

WMOS, WMi, DFIO, OLM, TCS, SCALE, OptiSuite [Consultant, PSO, Supply Chain Solutions]

• 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
• 1 year of experience deploying software

TLM (Transportation Lifecycle Management) & EEM (Extended Enterprise Management) [Consultant, PSO, TLM/EEM]

• 1 year of consulting experience in transportation field

SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) [Consultant, PSO, Supply Chain Intelligence]

• 1 year of consulting experience in business intelligence
• 1 year of experience deploying software
