Une entreprise de technologie et d'ingénierie leader recherche un Ingénieur Lead Construction pour piloter l'exécution de projets complexes. Vous serez responsable de la définition des stratégies de construction, de la supervision des sous-traitants et de l'organisation des processus de construction. Nous cherchons une personne ayant une solide formation technique et des compétences en gestion et leadership pour contribuer à des projets innovants dans un environnement de travail inclusif.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans un rôle d'encadrement dans le domaine de la construction.
• Compréhension opérationnelle des processus de construction.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais requise.

Responsabilités

• Définir la stratégie d'exécution de la construction et planifier la séquence.
• Produire les procédures de construction et organiser des revues de constructibilité.
• Soutenir l'équipe de sous-traitance dans l'élaboration du plan.

About the Job :

As a Construction Lead Engineer, your main accountabilities are :

1. Define the construction execution strategy / plan
2. Define the Construction sequence and CWA in coordination with CSU and Planning Teams.
3. Define the direct manhours, the site supervision organization chart and mobilisation plan, estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors
4. Define the «Temporary Site Facilities / Camps»
5. Produce the construction procedures
6. Request specific studies (heavy lift, heavy haul, etc.)
7. Organize & chair the constructability reviews
8. Provide input to overall EPC schedule
9. Support Subcontracting team in the definition of subcontracting plan and during the selection process, issue TBT

About You :

You will match our expectations if you have the following requirements :

1. Technical Diploma / Bachelor Degree
2. Operational understanding of Construction process
3. Fundamental Management & Leadership Skills
4. Ability to supervise and control well-known and experienced subcontractors.
5. Fluency in English
