Ce rôle implique de résoudre des réclamations d'assurance tout en établissant des relations de confiance avec les clients et les intermédiaires. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience en gestion de sinistres et un diplôme en assurance ou en droit, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et en orientation client.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients with individual management, assisting them independently in resolving MRI claims (water damage, fires, weather events, etc.).
- Build a privileged relationship with your clients and foster partnerships with intermediaries. Show empathy and active listening to understand the client's situation. Communicate clearly and simply about the case steps.
- Handle, manage, and settle claims, providing personalized and quality service to insured clients and/or intermediaries.
- Identify client needs, search for suitable solutions, and ensure fair compensation costs. Coordinate actions with experts, partner companies, etc., while ensuring compliance with AXA's technical policies.
- Contribute to client loyalty or develop their commercial profile by identifying insurance needs throughout the relationship, sharing insights with the client's or distributor's commercial inspector, and supporting AXA's business development.
- Establish a privileged relationship with large brokers or intermediaries managing significant property portfolios.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of service quality.
Prerequisites:
- Experience in insurance claims management preferred.
- Insurance or legal degree.
