Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Legal Intern specializing in Antitrust & Competition law, you will work directly with the Head of Antitrust & Regulation and support FORVIA Legal Department in ensuring the company's compliance with competition laws in Europe and globally. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment, working closely with in-house legal counsels and cross-functional teams.

During your internship, you may be involved in :

  • Legal Research & Monitoring: Conduct research on European and international competition law (cartel, merger control, abuse of dominance, FDI, FSR, etc.), and draft summary notes.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in the preparation, update, and implementation of compliance programs, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Contractual Analysis: Support in reviewing and analyzing commercial agreements to identify antitrust-related risks.
  • Case & Project Support: Contribute to ongoing antitrust and M&A projects, investigations, and filings with competition authorities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the M&A, Purchasing, and Commercial teams to raise awareness of competition law issues.
Your profile and competencies to succeed

Profile

Master’s degree student in Competition Law / Economic Law / European Law.

Strong analytical and legal research skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English and French (both written and spoken).

Proficiency with standard IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Curiosity, rigor, and a proactive mindset.
