SPIE Global Service Energy currently hiring for Commissioning Supervisor – Process for Onshore Project in Basra, Iraq.

Its a rotational role- 28/28

Job Purpose-


Lead and supervise commissioning and start-up activities related to Commissioning Supervisor – Process systems on the onshore oil & gas project. Ensure commissioning tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.

Main Responsibilities-


· Supervise commissioning of process systems (separators, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, utilities).

· Plan and coordinate daily commissioning activities with technicians and engineers.

· Ensure commissioning procedures and safety rules are strictly followed.

· Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving during commissioning.

· Validate test results, punch list clearance, and readiness for handover.

· Coordinate with construction and operations teams to ensure system readiness.

· Report progress and issues to the Commissioning Lead

Profile

Requirements-

· Iraqi nationals from Basra region.


· Engineering degree or technical diploma in Process Engineering or related discipline.

· Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in process commissioning, including supervisory roles.

· Strong knowledge of process equipment and systems.

· Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, datasheets, and commissioning procedures.

· Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

· Strong commitment to HSE practices.
