A European well-being company is seeking a Commercial/Sales Partner based in Paris to lead B2B sales across Europe. Responsibilities include engaging corporate clients and converting leads into bookings. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in French and English, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and have a strong HR network. This position offers commission and equity-based compensation, reflecting a startup environment.
Commercial / Sales Partner (commission / equity) for a new European-scale B2B experiential concept blending well-being culture creativity professional development and connection.
The concept: To offer companies (leaders / teams) bespoke immersive experiences (workshops, mini-programs, thematic days) designed based on their goals / needs to strengthen cohesion, leadership energy and internal culture.
Status: Launch stage. Market research done, concept validated, project launched (brand website etc.). Providers / workshop hosts identified and acquisition active in FR, BENELUX, DE, Nordics, UK. Pricing models and strategy in place. Sales in pre-launch (a demo event planned for autumn).
Goal: European / global reference in corporate team and leadership experiences.
You: A dynamic senior sales profile based in Paris to lead the commercial side across Europe (B2B enterprise sales - one-off and subscriptions). Ideally with international experience, strong HR / major enterprise network. Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated, people-oriented and empathetic, comfortable working autonomously and proactively.

Your Role – Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, office managers); Present and sell Culture Vitale sessions of vitality to new clients; Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business; Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner; Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients.
Ideal Candidate – Freelance agent commercial / sales or experienced B2B sales profile; Experience working with large corporate clients; Background in HR / services, events, wellness, or creative industries is a bonus; Bilingual English / French (other EU languages are a plus); Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients; Based in Europe (preferably Paris).
