Responsibilities include guiding the co-creation journey, meeting sales goals through effective customer interaction, and ensuring operational excellence. Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and solve problems.
• Artistic skills including hand-drawing, painting, and basic sewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• At least a high school degree, preferably in design.

Responsabilités

• Co-create personalized products using various illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience in-store.
• Proactively contribute to sales goals via cross-selling and up-selling.
• Ensure clients are registered on the Golden App for segmentation.
• Maintain the co-creation area and comply with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations and inventory management.
• Utilize IT tools to enhance customer engagement and business processes.
