A leading healthcare provider in Nouvelle-Aquitaine is seeking a Clinical Team Leader - District Nursing. You will manage the community nursing team, ensuring effective supervision and deployment of staff in a challenging environment. Applicants must possess NMC registration and a relevant post-graduate qualification. The role demands strong leadership and a commitment to professional growth. This position offers a stable work schedule of 37 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend obligations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader - District Nursing within the Irvine locality of our North Ayrshire District Nursing teams based at Ballot Road.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the community nursing team including the professional and clinical supervision and deployment of staff within the Irvine locality, inclusive of the Complex Packages of Care (Adult) service. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as a lone worker working within a variety of settings within the community. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and be willing to undertake appropriate training.
37 hours per week, expected to work Monday to Friday with a weekend commitment.
A UK car licence and car access is essential to this role.
