Role

Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? As a Chef de Projets & Innovations France or NPI Manager (New Product Innovation), your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. You will be the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Key stakeholders include Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Master Data, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, and other departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Global team, and Finance.

Your responsibilities

• Management of 3 NPI coordinators based in France
• Be a Business Partner to the cross-functional teams within Reckitt Operating Model
• Run monthly the Portfolio Management Review and highlight risks to Top Management
• Be the main point of contact between manufacturing (internal & external) and the business unit (Marketing, Sales, Planning teams) for all the innovations
• Ensure the relevance of the End-to-End Innovation launch timeline and check with all the stakeholders that each step is fulfilled accordingly
• Guarantee consistent and accurate Master Data Governance (MDG) for all EPDs / NPDs
• Maintain a solid NPI Powerhouse with key pillars
• Support NPI weekly calls with the cross-functional team to follow up on innovations
• Maintain a robust NPI FR handbook with clear procedures
• Strengthen complexity reduction by challenging innovation MOQ when needed

The experience we\'re looking for

• 7-10 years’ experience in Demand Planning or New / Existing Product Management, ideally within FMCG
• Fluent in English & French is mandatory
• Strong leadership & influencing skills
• Strong analytical skills; identify issues, explain variances and recommend solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Technical Skills & Project management skills such as Excel, SAP knowledge, understanding of production planning, and knowledge of replenishment systems such as ERP / MRP
