Une entreprise du BTP basée à Colmar recherche un(e) senior business manager pour gérer des projets d'envergure. Vous serez responsable de la coordination entre les clients et les parties prenantes tout en supervisant l'avancement des projets. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'études supérieures et minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire. Des compétences en électrotechnique et en gestion des risques sont essentielles.
MISSIONSDuring the study phase : Participate in the projects feasibility studies. Analyze the project at the administrative legal commercial and financial levels and identify potential risks. Oversee the cost estimates and identify specific technical administrative and financial needs. Attend to the necessary administrative procedures. Draw up the provisional budgets. Lay out the targets the resources to be allocated and the provisional the execution phase through to delivery : Coordinate relations between the Client the Program Manager and the internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate the steps in the project (studies purchasing reviews and reception) in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Ensure the necessary means and resources are available. Monitor the projects progress (contracts technical aspects schedule budget administrative aspects). Ensure monthly reporting : direct costs revenues invoicing cash position margin against the targets set. Manage additional and complementary works. Oversee the projects handover and the project : Build a relationship of trust with the client. Manage and anticipate risks and hazards in relation to the project. Organize and manage the project team. Communicate on the projects progress. Notify your superiors of any deviation in relation to the contract and keep the other project team members informed. Guarantee and manage the execution of one or more business projects in their entirety in compliance with requirements in terms of ethical business rules security cost quality and lead times. Ensure compliance with and transmission of QHSE procedures rules and preventive measures. Analyze accidents / incidents and risks and define appropriate preventive measures. Draw up and implement the QHSE action plan (preventive corrective).
