A biotechnology company seeks a Channel Partner Manager in France to oversee and develop sales through Channel Partners across the EMEA region. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in the EMEA region.
  • Proactively seek and find new CPs in territories not served by IDT business; sign up new CPs by issuing contractual reseller agreements, support product and sales trainings, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity‑based KPIs, set up sales targets and take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding set targets, track team and associate level KPIs to drive the team to achieve targets in the region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP‑assigned territories.
  • Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face‑to‑face meetings and applying DBS tools.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences preferred or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA, minimum 3 years.
  • Experience leading teams, minimum 3 years.
  • High level of life sciences business acumen.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Exposure to public tenders/framework processes/procurement business is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM (SFDC).
Travel Requirements
  • The position is based in EMEA with 50% travel, primarily within EMEA.
  • When not traveling, the Channel Partner Manager is expected to work from a home office.
