The Role

We are hiring a Channel Account Manager (CAM) for Southwest Area of France (Toulouse Area) to accelerate growth across our MSP and mid‑market partner ecosystem.

This role is critical to our France growth strategy. You will own and develop a portfolio of high‑impact partners, drive new customer acquisition through the channel, and expand existing customer relationships through upsell and cross‑sell of WithSecure’s full portfolio.

This is a field‑oriented, partner‑first role with a strong focus on execution, relationship depth, and joint business planning. You will work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional leadership to deliver measurable partner‑led ARR growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Growth & Development
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic MSP and channel partners in France
  • Recruit and onboard new high‑potential partners aligned with our mid‑market strategy
  • Build trusted, executive‑level relationships within partner organisations
  • Drive joint business planning, QBRs, and pipeline reviews with partners
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
  • Drive new customer acquisition and ARR growth through partners
  • Expand existing customers via upsell and cross‑sell of WithSecure’s full portfolio
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution
  • Prioritise high‑impact opportunities and partners to maximise ROI
Go‑to‑Market Execution
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute local campaigns, events, and partner activities
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering to support partner‑led opportunities
  • Act as a sparring partner for partner leadership and key end‑customer stakeholders
  • Represent WithSecure as a trusted cybersecurity advisor in the French market
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide clear market feedback on partner needs, competitive dynamics, and customer trends
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and RevOps to improve partner outcomes
  • Contribute to the evolution of our France and Southern Europe channel strategy

Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of the French MSP and mid‑market ecosystem.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through partners.
  • Ability to operate independently, with strong prioritisation and execution skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for building long‑term relationships.
  • Comfortable engaging at C‑level within partner and customer organisations.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real‑world business or technical challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement AI‑driven initiatives.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.
Knowledge & Tools
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT services is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data‑driven pipeline management.
  • Fluent in French and English (company language is English).
