Job Description:

Directly reporting to the Aerospace MRO Sales Manager, your mission will be to prospect, develop, and manage a portfolio of clients across an international geographical area, covering MRO, OEM, and Distributor activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing sales in line with the strategy (prospecting, client visits, attending conferences)
  • Promoting the full range of services offered by Hutchinson Aerospace Services and other Divisions within Hutchinson’s Aerospace branch;
  • Conducting and presenting market studies (products/programs) at the request of the Sales Management;
  • Establishing sales budgets in collaboration with the Sales Management;
  • Leading responses to calls for tenders (analyzing/translating needs, contributing to commercial offer development, negotiating contracts)
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends;
  • Organizing and participating in international trade shows;
  • Attending monthly management meetings and other cross-functional meetings;
  • Participating in price updates and negotiating changes with clients;
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and handling related claims;
  • Ensuring timely client payments.

As

  • the client’s main point of contact, you will centralize requests, analyze them, and coordinate with the various Divisions of the company, ensuring proper follow-up.

Your Profile:

  • Education:Engineering or Business School degree, or equivalent Master’s in Business.
  • Experience:Minimum of 5 years managing major aerospace accounts, with solid knowledge of the aircraft engines and equipment environment.
