Summary

As the Global Talent Acquisition HRIS Manager, you'll connect HR technology with Talent Acquisition strategy at Sephora. You'll optimize and implement technologies that power our global talent acquisition efforts, preparing us for the future of recruitment. Working with the Global HRIS team and Global TA Director, you'll help our recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers deliver exceptional candidate experiences through strategic technology solutions.

Technology Strategy & Implementation
  • Act as the technical expert for Talent Acquisition modules within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Manage current systems and plan for future technology evolution
  • Lead implementation and integration of new TA technology capabilities, including AI tools
  • Ensure all existing TA technology functions effectively
User Experience & System Enhancement
  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to turn user needs into system improvements
  • Create system documentation and user guides to support global adoption
  • Lead technical implementation of specialized modules and integrations
  • Support change management for new technology implementations
  • Champion TA systems and tools globally
Partnership & Collaboration
  • Partner with IT, external vendors, and the LVMH Group on system integrations
  • Manage user acceptance testing for new functionalities
  • Collaborate with Regional and Market teams to ensure technology meets local needs
  • Support executive-level reporting on technology effectiveness
What You Bring
Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of HR / Recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors (certification preferred)
  • Experience with Candidate Relationship Management tools (knowledge of Eightfold.ai or similar software preferred)
  • Understanding of AI applications in talent acquisition
  • Approximately 8 years of experience implementing global HRIS solutions
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus

  • Understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in retail environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong project management and partnership skills
  • Forward-thinking approach to technology trends in talent acquisition
