Une entreprise agroalimentaire internationale recherche un(e) Plant Manager à Le Molay Littry, Normandie. Vous serez responsable des résultats de l'usine et du développement de l'équipe dans un environnement dynamique. Une expérience avérée en fabrication et la maîtrise du français sont indispensables. Vous contribuerez à l'image de marque de l'entreprise tout en menant des initiatives de performance et d'engagement des employés.
Le Molay Littry is a Dairy factory, located near the beautiful city of Caen, in Normandy. In Le Molay, a team of around 130 passionate Danoners produce 50KT of yoghurts per year, and the factory is mainly specialized in the organic range of Danone products, for instance the famous Lait 2 Vaches brand.
The plant manager is responsible to set the factory contribution to deliver business needs and priorities, along Danone Strategy, Operations Strategy and Danone Impact journey. He / she delivers the results to drive factory competitiveness through superior products at the right cost and on time. He / she leads operationally and develops the team on both functional & managerial skills to create high performing teams. He owns the social relations in the factory. He / she contributes to Danone’s corporate image by establishing the right culture within the facility, relationships with the local community and unions representatives.

Engineering Degree + manufacturing proven experience.
french proficiency mandatory
