Keen to be part of an international group with renowned brands and a unique culture? Join Pernod Ricard France as New Products Development Manager (M/F) – Thuir (near Perpignan)

As part of the Research and Development team in one of Pernod Ricard Group's four technical innovation centers, you'll lead the development of new Products & Processes, monitor technological and market trends, and manage R&D partnerships.

Your responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the industrial development of new Products & Processes:
  • Manage R&D projects in collaboration with internal (marketing/operations) and external teams
  • Provide leadership to the project team
  • Oversee formulation and lab tests with the R&D team or partners
  • Recommend strategic development directions based on technical, regulatory, fiscal, marketing, and commercial data
  • Plan and conduct pilot and industrial tests
  • Monitor initial productions with the support of relevant departments
  • Gather and document feedback
Stay updated on technological and market trends related to new Products & Processes:
  • Gather information on new ingredients, technologies, and tools relevant for innovation
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Share this information internally, ensuring a structured record-keeping system
  • Update the innovation opportunity matrix
Build and maintain a network of partners for Product & Process Innovation:
  • Identify potential partners and maintain relations
  • Establish partnerships within the innovation budget
  • Communicate the expertise of the Technical Center effectively
Your qualifications:

A Master's degree in Food Science.

At least 5 years of professional experience in product development for microbiologically sensitive products or in the field of aromatics.

Fluent in English and French
