Job Summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Buyer for Cabin Aftermarket (f/m) to join our Procurement Cabin department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of an international and multicultural team located in Hamburg, Toulouse, Lisbon and Montreal, supporting Airbus Customer Services and Aftermarket activities. As part of the Procurement Cabin for Aftersales team (PCRT), you will manage Cabin product procurement for the aftermarket, ensuring best‑in‑class commercial performance and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main focal point for all Airbus procurement activities related to Cabin Aftermarket.
  • Represent PCR within Sub‑Multifunctional Teams, influence decisions and drive commercial strategies combining line‑fit and after‑sales needs.
  • Lead tenders, negotiations and contract management for Cabin aftermarket products.
  • Ensure supplier offers for retrofit campaigns comply with contractual agreements and key business terms.
  • Proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks while promoting operational excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, sourcing or a commercial environment.
  • \
  • Knowledge of SFE/BFE sourcing models and contract management experience with Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) is a strong asset.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a technical focus on Cabin perimeter.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally in a multicultural environment.
  • Negotiation level of English required; any additional language is a plus.
