A leading food testing service provider is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager in Paris. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. A Master’s degree and strong operations management skills are required. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Description du poste

As Sales & Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the success of a Food Testing Business Unit. You will plan, execute and communicate effectively to lead a multifunctional team to drive projects to excellent and timely completion for our customers.

You will grow the company by working with a team concentrated directly on our customers needs. Your day-to-day activities will be to :

  • Build recruit and lead a dedicated sales team focused exclusively on testing services. Inspire and mentor them to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Craft and implement a powerful sales strategy for both the local and international markets driving exceptional growth in Food testing services.
  • Drive the development of proposals for new and repeat business assuring fulfillment of technical requirements including gross margin terms conditions and proposal guidelines
  • Discover and develop potential testing programs within our existing client base and foster long-lasting customer relationships based on a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Deliver precise and insightful reporting of your teams activities projections expense management and realistic forecasts to the executive team.
  • Create value for the B.U. through appropriate pricing as well as productivity improvement.
Qualifications
  • Master Degree from an accredited University or Business School
  • Successfully driven the performance of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in leading operations functions in a high volume dynamic setting.
  • Strong interest in operations management and P&L optimization.
  • Extensive people management and development skills.
  • Excellent organization and administration skills.
  • Advanced Excel and computer skills.
  • Previous experience with operations systems is strongly preferred.
