Business Transformation Lead H/F
Description de la mission
The role of the Business Transformation Lead is the following:
- Promote and explain GEODIS Business Transformation ambitions to GEODIS internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and co-built Finance & Procurement Core Model
- Ensure Core Model is aligned with Functional Directors and Local Business Process Owners' requirements
- Secure projects governance instances are well leveraged when necessary and secure cross‑functional topics and interdependencies management when required in an end‑to‑end perspective
- Manage with the functional Directors transversal subjects and processes such as internal control and compliance
- Promote and explain Core Model orientations and decisions/arbitrations taken at the different levels : Workshops / Design Authority / Change Board / COMEX
- Ensure target processes are well documented and on time according to the project requirement and following the Business Documentation Strategy
- Secure functional specifications of the target tools (COUPA and SAP) are aligned with defined Core Model and consistent in an end‑to‑end perspective.
- Work with Product Owners of other Finance & procurement scope (ex. Getpaid, Coupa Expense, ..) to ensure business rules are consistent and well reflected in the functional specification documents
- Define and implement efficiency KPIs for each process
- Ensure Core Model adoption and operational communication along the different phases of the project (design, pilot, deployment)
- Ensure Business & Change activities are fully integrated
- Define / Adjust FIT persona and related FIT profiles according to roles defined in the detailed business process flow
- Identify business gaps between current processes and target processes along the different workshops
- Coordinate change impact assessment to secure and adapt Change Management plan
- Set‑up a communication strategy over the different project stakeholder
- Ensure the delivery of the training plan and its execution
- Support Group Business Process Owners in any Change Management actions, providing them the right methodology and tools to facilitate their own community
- Build with HR team the actions to manage the change
- Share with HR team the FIT impacts on people and propose action to manage it
- Build with HR the actions in term of local communication to ensure compliance with local legislation
- Review with HR regularly the Change Plan
- Engage, when needed, local teams on specific Core Model dimension to enable Business Readiness activities to start locally
- Support data migration activities according to Data Migration strategy and plan
- Participate to Deployment phase according to the plan (fit/gap analysis, communication kit, train‑the‑trainer support…)
- The Business Transformation Lead is in charge to set‑up the right KPIs to monitor the progress on the Core Model design and deployment.
Profil du candidat
You have a master's degree from a Business School, Institut d'Etudes Politiques, engineering school or equivalent:
- You have a 10-year minimum experience on similar projects
- You have already successfully managed and / or contributed to major transformation projects for large multi‑national companies
- You come with convictions on the best practices, methodology and accelerators to guarantee the success of those project activities
- You have an holistic approach in the way you frame Business Transformation activities and you always secure an end‑to‑end analysis
- You are used to work in challenging environment, to framing your own approach and to adjust your plan to manage time and risks in a project environment
- You can operate within a multidisciplinary team and are able to collaborate with various stakeholders: business, IT, operations, Sales, HR etc., internal and external.
- You demonstrate an appetite for IT subjects, and have experience in implementing ERP Core Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, …)
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and consider yourself as a team player?
- You have very good communication skills, are solution oriented and able to guide key stakeholders towards alignment and to promote comprise
- You are fluent in both French and English
- You are proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT and Word)
