OPIS, a quality-focused and science-driven Contract Research Organization (CRO), is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (French-speaking) to join our expanding global team.

This is an exciting opportunity to start a structured career path in business development, with a clear promotion plan: Business Development Manager within 18 months, based on performance; Business Development Director after further progression within the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the growth of our presence in French-speaking markets by researching and identifying potential client companies and decision-makers.
  • Map organizational structures to support targeted outreach.
  • Contact prospective clients by phone and email to present OPIS’s services.
  • Organize virtual (e.g., Webex) or face-to-face meetings between OPIS teams and client decision-makers.
  • Update and maintain contact details and follow-up information in our CRM system.
  • Manage correspondence with professionalism and ensure timely responses.
  • Support the Business Development team’s efforts across Europe and globally.
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative).
  • Native / Fluent French speaker, with Fluent English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRMs is a plus.
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive in your approach.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow.
