OPIS, a quality-focused science-driven Contract Research Organization (CRO), is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our expanding global team. This is your opportunity to launch a career in business development within clinical research backed by a structured growth plan and comprehensive support.

We offer a clear pathway to become a Business Development Manager within 18 months and a potential promotion to Business Development Director in the following years – based on your performance and dedication.

What You’ll Do
  • Conducting in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision‑makers
  • Mapping organizational structures to support strategic outreach
  • Contacting potential clients via phone and email presenting OPIS’s services with clarity and professionalism
  • Coordinating and scheduling virtual or face‑to‑face meetings between prospective clients and OPIS senior staff
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date client data in our CRM system
  • Following up with leads, managing communications, and building long‑term relationships

This role is global in scope and may involve engaging with clients both within your home country and across Europe.
