1. International Recruitment

• Identify and approach potential candidates
• Analyze and evaluate candidates' qualifications
• Conduct proactive cold calling to leverage data and opportunities
• Perform phone interviews following best practices, refining processes and building diverse candidate pools
• Present top candidates to our consultants
• Manage the full cycle from sourcing to closing
• Identify opportunities and challenges to improve our approach and achieve meaningful results

• Participate in strategic and operational projects to improve business models
• Analyze markets and sectors, and communicate findings to consultants and clients
• Build market intelligence on missions and business development topics
• Assist in planning and organizing strategic initiatives
• Develop new global opportunities with our team of Consultants

YOUR PROFILE :

• You're a student in BAC + 4 / 5 business school or university
• Looking for a 6-month internship during a gap year or at the end of your studies
