We are looking for a Business Analyst Manager to join the Process & Analytics department within GCS, where you will be responsible for service creation, leading the vision and strategy to support GCS teams in executing their strategic roadmap.

This position plays a key role in fostering a data-driven culture, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration, and enabling informed decision-making through analytics.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating business needs into actionable insights and concrete solutions.

Your responsibilities will be structured around four key pillars: Leadership & Strategy, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Lifecycle Reporting & Product Deployment, and Master Data Management & User Administration.

What will be your missions?

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with G(i)CS objectives,
  • Define new KPIs and design efficient, impactful governance frameworks,
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and data quality across business functions,
  • Act as the primary liaison between business/service stakeholders, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment between analytics efforts and business needs,
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and visualization of service performance data,
  • Ensure the development of standardized dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor service and product performance,
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen data-driven decision-making within G(i)CS,
  • Oversee product lifecycle reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility into deployment strategies, service capabilities, and franchise performance,
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between regional teams, service managers, and product franchises to improve reporting accuracy,
  • Ensure alignment with the Global Operations Model (GOM) and other global reporting requirements,
  • Ensure proper governance of G(i)CS master data,
  • Supervise user administration processes, ensuring proper system access management.

Who are you?

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or in another analytically driven role.
  • Proven ability to drive change.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate business and service needs into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
