The Commercial Business Division and its SalesOperations Department are looking for Business Analyst (F/M)

Localisation: Rueil-Malmaison

Missions

Your missions are to support the Commercial Business Division and its strategies by providing reliable data insight and in-depth analyses mainly in Licensing and Equipment businesses and also in Product (Catalysts & Adsorbents) activity as a backup. And more precisely to contribute to decision‑making by ensuring business follow‑up & forecast, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing analytical tools tailored to the needs of the Sales teams.

  • Establish Business Planning, Budget and Reporting
    • Periodical sales reports and dashboards: order intake, offers, backlog, turnover of the month, etc.
    • Identification and analysis of any specific evolution/deviation by Activity, Industrial Sector and/ or by Region
    • Yearly Budget & Forecast establishment with Commercial team. Note: Three times a year, end of year estimate (Forecast) is made for comparison with Budget.
    • When required, the five-year Business Plan for Licensing, and Equipment activities
    • Commercial & Strategic KPI development and follow-up
    • Recommend, develop and update various Tools needed for Business follow-up (incl. PowerBi dashboards)
  • Support to Sales processes
    • Database maintenance and update (such as Licensing Reference list, Price list…)
    • Best practices knowledge, maintenance and sharing
    • Be a pro-active Actor of the Cial BD by recovering needs & translate them into Analytical systems
  • Answer to spot Sales requests from others Business Divisions & Business Partners, but also for some affiliates (Hydrothane, Flowvision…)
  • Collaborate with the CRM Product Owner for CRM developments, training, troubleshooting
  • Back up of Demand Planner, CRM Product Owner, Business Analyst Product oriented
